Comment fixer le fournisseur de contenu url introuvable dans android fournisseur de Contenu?

J'ai suivi le tutoriel ci-dessous http://www.vogella.de/articles/AndroidSQLite/article.htm

Mais l'obtention de cette exception après avoir cliqué sur le bouton "confirmer"
