Django aucun module nommé réglage

Je suis en train d'héberger une base Django-Oscar application sur un sous-domaine sur un Amazon EC2 instance.
C'est en travaillant fichier sur le serveur local, mais sur l'accueil c'est ce qui donne l'erreur suivante comme par
