erreur insertion d'android.la base de données.sqlite.sqliteconstraintexception erreur code 19 contrainte échoué

Je sais qu'il ya donc beaucoup de discussions à propos de ce problème, mais aucun de mes propre problème.
J'ai un compteur connecté à la base de données que l'affichage de la clé étrangère de la table spécifique. Et il semble que l'erreur de l'insertion.
