Erreur interne du Serveur lors de l'installation de opencart

Je suis nouveau pour ouvrir panier , j'ai juste téléchargé les fichiers sur le serveur et d'essayer de l'installer mais invaine , il me donne 500 erreur interne du serveur , et il semble être de la .fichier htacess

il l'avait été .htacess.txt , je l'ai renommé .htacess et retiré les commentaires de la commande 'a dit de supprimer git débarrasser de cette erreur mais il reste le même !
comment résoudre ce problème ?
