Impossible de trouver la demande .Net Framework Fournisseur De Données. Il ne peut pas être installé.

J'ai cherché pour la réponse, mais n'ont pas été en mesure de trouver quelque chose qui correspond à ma situation.

Le site fonctionne complètement bien quand je le lance en local, mais quand après je le publie à Azure si j'essaie d'utiliser une page qui accède à la Base de données il me donne l'erreur suivante page:

Voici ma chaîne de connexion avec le nom d'utilisateur/mot de passe/serveur supprimé.:

Si je ne comprends pas pourquoi il serait de travailler en local, mais pas sur Azure. Le site et SQL Base de données sont hébergés sur le même compte.
