iOS Trousseau d'Accès

Je suis en utilisant le SSKeyChain bibliothèque pour stocker et d'accéder à un mot de passe dans le trousseau d'accès. Je suis en essais dans le Simulateur d'iPhone et je peux écrire et accéder au trousseau de clés. Mais lorsque je ferme l'application (Double-cliquez sur le bouton d'accueil, balayez vers la app de sorte qu'il n'est plus dans le fond) je ne peux pas accéder aux données dans le Trousseau d'accès. Ma compréhension est que, à moins d'être spécifiquement supprimé ces données permettrait d'y rester. Je suis mal dans ce cas ou est-il possible que je ne suis pas stocker les données correctement?

Une deuxième question est de savoir si ces données sont cryptés ou ne Trousseau de prendre soin de qui déjà? Si elle doit être chiffrée à toutes les suggestions de comment?
