Java: la Détection de format d'image, la redimensionner (à l'échelle) et de l'enregistrer sous JPEG

C'est le code que j'ai, cela fonctionne réellement, pas parfaitement, mais il le fait, le problème est que le redimensionnement des vignettes ne sont pas de coller sur le blanc rectangle Dessiné, brisant le ratio d'aspect des images, voici le code, quelqu'un pourrait-il me suggérer une solution pour elle, s'il vous plaît?
