java.net.SocketTimeoutException dans okhttp

Ici, il prend tellement de temps pour obtenir des données de json. Quand il est supprimé et encore installé, il va obtenir json dans un délai de 1 min et quand je cliquez de nouveau sur le bouton pour json il prend beaucoup de temps et encore de données n'est pas dans listview
