localhost/xampp/ ou http://localhost/index.php ne peut pas accessible

Je suis en train d'apprendre server et sql. J'ai donc besoin d'installer xampp. Mais malheureusement, mon localhost/index.php et localhost/xampp ne fonctionne pas. J'ai lu beaucoup de questions ici stackoverflow mais aucun n'a résolu mon problème. Voici mon httpd-xampp.fichier conf:
