Nom d'identifiant de migration Laravel 5 trop long

Je suis en train de lancer la migration suivants:

    {
        $table->increments('id');

        $table->timestamps();
    });

    Schema::create('lifestyle_question_answers', function(Blueprint $table)
    {
        $table->increments('id');
        $table->integer('lifestyle_question_id')->unsigned();
        $table->foreign('lifestyle_question_id')->references('id')->on('lifestyle_questions');
        $table->string('answer');
        $table->timestamps();
    });

    Schema::create('user_lifestyle_question_answers', function(Blueprint $table)
    {

Mais j'obtiens l'erreur suivante:

    Vous pouvez passer en paramètre le nom de l'index en tant que second paramètre à l'étranger() la méthode. Ou simplement l'utiliser plus courte de la table/les noms de colonne.
