org.springframework.dao.InvalidDataAccessApiUsageException: Pas de valeur fournie pour le paramètre SQL

Je suis en train de travailler sur Spring JDBC exemple à l'aide de la BeanPropertySqlParameterSource et SqlParameterSource. Lorsque j'exécute mon code je vois le message d'erreur suivant est à venir. Après avoir passé quelques heures, je n'ai pas trouver sa solution. Veuillez vous guide quoi de mal ici.
