Pas une application Win32 valide

J'ai un projet que j'ai intégré dans Visual Studio 2010 sur une machine Windows 7. Il compile et s'exécute sans problème.

Quand je place l'application sur une machine XP .NET 4, il ne fonctionne pas avec l'erreur "n'est pas une application Win32 valide"

J'ai essayé tout ce qui est ici avec pas de chance:
