pip ne fonctionne pas

Je suis en train d'installer python-bien faite, avec le pip dans Ubuntu 10.04. J'ai eu "Inconnu ou commande non prise en charge "installer "" alors j'ai essayé,

user@desktop:~$ pip install Shapely

J'ai essayé d'installer pip et a obtenu l'erreur suivante:

user@desktop:~$ sudo apt-get install python-pip
