Printemps de Sécurité 3.2 configuration XML

Je sais que ce problème ici très populaire. Mais personne ne m'aide pas.

Le problème est que je ne peux pas configurer mon spring-security.xml fichier de configuration. Je suis également erreur 404 sur / page.
