printemps de sécurité personnalisée avec des détails de l'utilisateur

Je suis en train d'appliquer la sécurité de mon ressort de l'application à l'aide de tables de base de données.

Ce que j'ai jusqu'à présent dans ma applicationContext-Sécurité:

maintenant quand j'essaye de déploiement sur tomcat-je obtenir de l'exception suivante:

et pas de mater ce que je fais je ne peux pas comprendre ce qui est mal avec elle. Tout conseil serait le bienvenu.
