Ruby on Rails - linecache erreur lors de la tentative de " bundle install '

Salut, je suis en train de lancer bundle install sur ma machine windows, il fonctionne très bien jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne la linecache et puis crache une énorme erreur:

J'ai essayé de googler pour le problème et a trouvé deux posts qui expliquent le problème que j'ai est un Stackoveflow Post qui est assez proche de ce que j'ai, mais sur une inspection plus poussée, j'ai trouvé que la solution donnée dans ce post n'était pas ce dont j'avais besoin
un autre est ce post qui semble discuter exactement le problème que j'ai, mais ne donne pas de solution quelqu'un a une idée de ce que je doit faire??

Version de Ruby => 1.9.2

Rails Version => oh viens, il n'a même pas dire à rails de version, il se contente d'afficher une autre erreur

les idées de ce que je fais mal?? toute aide serait grandement appréciée
