Spring batch : Entrée ressource n'existe pas de chemin de classe de ressource

Je suis actuellement en train de développer un spring batch qui convertit un fichier Excel(.xsls) fichier CVS dans la première étape, puis lire le CV de processus et de le stocker ses données dans la base de données.
La première étape fonctionne bien. Le lot s'arrête à la deuxième étape, lancer cet avertissement : Entrée ressource n'existe pas de chemin de classe de ressource [C:/work/referentielAgenceCE.csv]. Ici, après mon code :

- Je mentionner les chemins d'accès de fichier dans un fichier de propriétés comme suit :
