tomcat8 IllegalArgumentException: La principale ressource spécifié [/var/lib/tomcat8/app1/ROOT] n'est pas valide

J'ai un problème le déploiement de deux applications sur un tomcat 8 exemple. J'ai app1 et app2. App2 obtient en place comme prévu, mais app1 ne l'est pas. Voici mon server.xml:

Le reste est un journal de app2 démarrage ok. J'ai mis en place le contexte dans /var/lib/tomcat8/app1/localhost/ROOT.xml qui est simplement:

J'ai vérifié pour les autorisations et la propriété, mais il me semble bon, sachant que c'est identique à celle d'un app2 qui fonctionne très bien. J'ai copié à la RACINE.la guerre et vérifié la somme de contrôle pour s'assurer qu'il n'a pas corrompus sur le chemin. J'ai vérifié la config xmls avec xmllint pour l'analyse des erreurs, mais il n'y en avait aucune.
Je pense que cela peut être erreur de configuration de mon côté, mais en dehors du fait que app2 de travail j'ai déjà mis en place deux applications sur un tomcat8 instance et il a travaillé sur ok.
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?
