Voudrais savoir comment obtenir de l'élément sélectionné dans la Liste déroulante ANDROID

J'ai une liste déroulante qui contient les groupes : les continents et de l'enfant : pays. Quand un pays est cliqué, je veux les pays à être affiché dans un textview sur une autre classe.
