Weblogic Maven Déployer

Je suis en utilisant weblogic 10.3.6.0 et maven 3. Je veux déployer mes projet pour weblogic server avec le plugin maven. Je n'mêmes étapes dans cet oracle documents

Mais quand je construis mon projet, j'obtiens cette erreur
